Location
We understand it can be difficult to fit counselling into your busy life, so we have tried to make it easier for you. We offer counselling in person at our suite in the Sunshine Coast, via telehealth, or depending on your location we do offer a mobile service so we come to you for a small fee. Sophie is here to offer guidance and support tailored to your unique family needs, helping you build on your strengths and creating a positive environment for you and your children. Together, we can explore strategies that work for you, fostering connection and confidence. Sophie has raised three autistic children so understands the real challenges both at home and at school. She utilises her professional and personal experience to walk with you and your family.

Advocacy: Sophie has extensive experience advocating for young people with disability within the education system, for support or advice please contact us.
