Sophie's Style

 

Sophie works with a person-centred approach, utilising numerous types of therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy and others, tailoring each session to meet the clients individual needs and goals. Sophie works collaboratively with clients to draw on individual strengths and experiences, offering a warm, non judgemental, compassionate approach. All are welcome at Bee Well With Me.

About Sophie

​

Sophie is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. She has extensive experience providing counselling, parenting information and advocacy, having taught the Diploma of Disability and working for peak bodies supporting families of children with disability.  As a neurodiverse woman and single mother to three neurodiverse children, Sophie has shared her story as a community educator and conference speaker.
